Our guesthouse is seated very near to the Lake Balaton (500 m). The house has been renovated few years before, now there are two separated flats in the house, one of it in the attic. The facilities of each flats are the following: - 60 m2 floorspace - 4 places - 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom - rooms fitted with all modern conveniences - terrace - parking place in the garden - you could find the city center, beach, restaurants, grocery, tennis court, and a 300 years old wine cellar within 600 meters. A huge garden belongs to the house full of fruit trees, grape, shady and shiny parts, chairs for sunbathing which are all could be used by our Guests! There is also opportunity for grill! The rental fee is 40 EURO/day for each flat.
