Our hotel is located next to the beach. In the main building we have 86 rooms, out of this we can offer 18 apartments. The rooms are with TV, fridge, bathroom equipped. In the apartments we have mini-kitchen. The hotel can be found in the centre of the resort Balatonlelle. Our town is one of the most dynamically improving and the most modern resorts at Lake Balaton. Characteristic of the resort: the local Society of the Summer Cottage Owners celebrated the hundredth anniversary of its foundation last year. You can enjoy your holiday on the several-kilometer-long free beach near the hotel most. The beach of the town nearby was the first at Lake Balaton to have a swimming pool, adventure pools for children, a slide, a sauna, a vapor bath and a solarium. You can walk around the summer centre of the town along the renovated promenade to the entrance of the marina. The commotion of the countless shops and terraces of the restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere offer you the opportunity to have a nice evening.

The pension is situated only a few hundred meters far from the city centre of Balatonlelle, to the lake from the railway. Despite it's central position our guests can relax in a silent area. In the restaurant we offer a wide variety of foods and drinks, as well as hungarian and international food specialities, new-drawn Radeberger and Kru±ovice beer, our wine assorment includes the best wines from the Balaton region. Because of the 365 day openess, the quality kitchen, and our private hall for 40 people many types of programmes take place in Viktória pension. Tourist tax is included in the pices.

In Balatonlelle, near to the centre of the city, 200 meter far from the lake the first store of our family house is to let. The apartment gives accomodation for 8-10 guests. In the separated apartment there is 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathroom, separated toilett, two balcony. The rooms are with king-bed, safe, TV and with stench-pipe eguiped. Two rooms are able to have extra beds. In the well equiped kitchen you can find mikro, 2 fridge, tea- and koffee mashine... In the garden you can park with your car (closed parking place), andin the garden therfe is barbecue place too. Our guests can free use our tour-kayak (which is for two person) and our wind surf.

Our house is located in Balatonlelle, just 300 m-s from the beach. The house has two stairs with one and two bed-room apartments, with balconies. Parking places in the garden, shops within 50 meters. The beach is 10minutes far by walk.

Two apartments are available to let in a contemporary villa with a unique position by the lakeside. Both apartments have a view of the Lake Balaton, but contemporary design ensure their intimacy. We particularly recommend our villa for friends travelling together as special rates will apply if both apartments are reserved simultaneously. Families with small children can enjoy a care-free holiday, because the children can safely play in the shallow water of the sandy bedded lake. The position of the villa saves you the daily trouble and cost of dragging your family down to the beach and the relaxation and bathing is safe and trouble free. Two rockeries and the shade provided by the trees in the carefully tended garden make the lakeside resting area mainly covered with green lawn playful. Our own stage ensures a convenient descend to the water.

The house is ideal for 12-18 people, mainly for groups of friends or families. There are 3 bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen, a dining-room, a bathroom and a toilet downstairs. There is a television set with a satellite dish in the living-room. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove, a fridge, a filter coffee maker, cutlery, plates and glasses. There are garden chairs and a table on the terrace of the dining-room. In the loft there are 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining-room and a shower with a toilet. The dining-room has a terreace and a television set with a satellite dish. The space behind the house is big enough for at least 6 cars. The guest-house is 500 m from Lake Balaton, 300 m from the centre, 300 m from the closest confectioner’s and 100 m from a restaurant.

Balatonelle, is situated in the middle of the southern part of Lake Balaton. Very easy to approach. Wonderful spas /Igal, Csisztapuszta/ can be visited in 25 km distant and fishing ponds within 5-6 km. It is a perfect place for watersport lovers as the North- Northwest prevailing wind makes it safety and delightful. One of the most modern sailing harbour can be found here and exclusive yacht harbour is being built in 1,5 km away from the hotel.
