Koszeg is reasonably called the jewel box of Hungary, since lots of monumantal buildings can be found in its downtown that makes us remind of so many historic events. Ont he town main square you can see the Jezus Szíve (Jesus' Heart) Vicarage and if you walk further you can take a glance at the heroes' gate. Passing through the gate you arrive at Jurisics Square, where you can visit so many monumental buildings, museums and churches. If you go on you reach the main entrance of Castle Jurisics, where you will find many museums. In summer, the Castle Theatre of Koszeg takes place in the inner yard of the castle. It is worth spending your time in the evenings walking int he parks and in the narrow and beautifully lit streets of pleasant atmosphere if you are longing for a romantic walk. You may also discover lots of interesting places of historic relevance. After you feel pleasantly exhausted, you can enter in one of Koszeg's catering establishments and do not hesitate to try the tasty world of the Nature Park.
